My Journey to This Work

Born from my own journey of surviving trauma, loss, caregiving, and a season of deep misalignment, I uncovered a sacred truth: you cannot pour from an empty vessel.

I had to learn how to love myself at a core level. Specifically, to remember who I was before the world told me otherwise.

That transformation cracked me open to joy, to divine alignment, and to a life that feels like a celebration every single day.

Through the Spirit’s leading, I’ve helped others move from grief to grace, from confusion to clarity, and from wondering “what’s next?” to living their purpose with intention, abundance, and awe.

This isn’t just coaching. Instead, it’s soul activation.
